john —

Senate Republicans’ campaign committee just announced they’ve reserved $53 million in TV ads starting immediately to flip the Senate this November.

This will mean hundreds of blatant attack ads against the most vulnerable Democrats up for re-election this fall — and the first commercials are set to begin running this week.

I’ll be honest — it’s hard to fight back against that kind of money. But it’s not impossible.

Hands down, the best way to combat these eye-popping ad buys is good old fashioned organizing: knocking on doors, talking to voters, and letting them know about the stakes this November.

We have our mid-quarter deadline coming up on Monday at midnight, and across the country, Democrats are ramping up our organizing efforts. It’s critical we hit our goals now, so that we can support these critical efforts immediately.

I’m committed to protecting our rights and making life easier for hard-working folks in Minnesota and across the country — but like most things, I can’t do it alone. Especially not if we lose the Senate.

Can you pitch in $10 or more before Monday’s mid-quarter deadline? Every dollar our campaign raises helps build the resources to protect and expand our Senate majority this November. [[link removed]]
