Our nightmares turned to reality this month, folks, when a draft opinion leak revealed the Supreme Court’s intention to overturn Roe v. Wade and end federal protections of abortion rights.

As Senator, I’ll continue fighting to protect access to abortion care because I believe the decision about whether or not to have an abortion is between a woman and her doctor. But as radical-right wing legislatures pass extreme abortion bans in states across the country, the best immediate action we can take is supporting reproductive rights organizations on the ground.

Organizations like Colorado’s Cobalt Abortion Fund and Planned Parenthood are on the frontlines of helping patients who come to Colorado for save haven and reproductive freedom.
