[1]Women's March

John, today
thousands of us channeled our anger and frustration into action. We came
together to march and fight back against the impending loss of our right
to access abortion. This moment has been 50 years in the making by
right-wing extremists. They will continue to fight to dismantle every
hard-won right we’ve fought for, from access to birth control to LGBTQIA+
equality.

Today marked the start of our ‘Summer of Rage’ – a series of actions
dedicated to fighting for our feminist future, including free and
untethered access to abortion.

Now, we’re ready to share what comes next. Over the next couple of months,
we will stay in the streets and use the force of our movement to mobilize
and demand change. The summer will culminate with a gathering of women and
allies at The 2022 Women’s Convention.

In partnership with Black Feminist Future, Planned Parenthood Action Fund,
National Organization for Women, National Women’s Law Center, and
UltraViolet, Women’s March is proud to invite you to:

The 2022 Women’s Convention

If you’re looking to take the next steps in your activism – whether you’re
new to organizing, or a seasoned veteran – you won’t want to miss this.
The 2022 Women’s Convention will not just be about building a community,
it will be about building a political, social, and community-driven
strategy to fight back against the wave of right-wing extremism and
disinformation that has rooted itself in our country. This is our long
game, and it starts now.

Throughout the convention, we will consolidate women and allies around
shared values, experience, and culture so we can seek to heal the wounds
from the pandemic, the economic depression, attacks on abortion justice
and a history of racism in order to build a future we not only exist in,
but also thrive. Together, we will act as a mobilizing force for democracy
and justice.

Everyone who wants to be in the room deserves to be in the room. Our goal
is to make the 2022 Women’s Convention accessible regardless of economic
status. [ [link removed] ]If you’d like to help someone attend this event, consider
