Oh my goodness. It’s there in black and white. Bang in the middle of our week of action for the NHS.

Trade documents showing that our NHS is very much on the table for Trump. That Boris Johnson does indeed want to put our NHS up for sale.

No wonder Conservative election candidates have been banned from signing our pledge.

We kicked off this week of action on Monday with a giant table, giant knife and fork, Trump and Johnson cutting up our NHS. This – it turns out – beyond any doubt – is exactly what the real life Trump and Johnson have in mind.

Here are 5 ways YOU can help take our NHS off the table.

Pick one if you're short on time. If you're super keen - PLEASE DO ALL FIVE!

1) Sign up for the week of action! ([link removed]) Check out the actions happening near you this week and make one happen if there's nothing happening in your area. Let us know if you need help!

2) Share the video of doctor Sonia Adesara kicking off our week of action - on facebook ([link removed]) , twitter ([link removed]) or share the YouTube ([link removed]) link by email - and read about the day here ([link removed]) .

3) If you're creative, express your love for the NHS and your message for Trump in our #MakeArtNotNHSTradeDeals competition ([link removed]) . Have a look at the entries so far, and you can submit your entries to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]?subject=Make%20Art%20Not%20NHS%20Trade%20Deals) (more info here ([link removed]) ). Deadline is this Sunday 1st December at midnight. We'll announce the winners at the Stop Trump demo next Tuesday 3rd December.

4) Join a Keep Our NHS Public group near you ([link removed]) and get involved with their #NHSRoadshow to make sure people vote for the NHS.

5) Email your election candidates if you haven't already ([link removed]) and tell your friends and family to do the same. Will they sign the pledge to protect the NHS from a US trade deal by ending privatisation? Over 300 candidates have signed so far. If you haven't had an answer from your candidates, chase them.

We've got the proof - if we needed it - that our NHS isn't safe with Boris Johnson.
