As instances of wrongful convictions and botched executions continue to occur, more and more people are taking a stance against the death penalty. In fact, polling suggests that over 90 million people think that the death penalty is wrong or unfair. Capital punishment does not make us safer and perpetuates a cycle of violence that can only be stopped by coming together to make our voices heard by policymakers.

Again, thank you for your interest in the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty and the abolition movement. We are glad that you are joining us in the struggle to end this broken practice.
