As we edge closer to polling day, I’ve never been in an election where doorstep conversations mean so much. Voters are more undecided than ever and those precious few minutes hearing our views directly really can make all the difference.

I think polling day itself is going to be pivotal. People will be making up their minds right up to the last minute and so it’s vital we get as many people as we can out campaigning that day.

So, have you booked off Thursday 12th December yet? If not, please make sure you do so that the Gold Squad can be out in force on this crucial day.

In the meanwhile, here’s our schedule for the coming days:

- Friday - Esher and Walton: Meet 10am at  Hampton Court Station (Contact: Chris Maines 07973 149846)
- Saturday - Wimbledon: Meet 10am at 17 Grove Road, SW19 1BL (Contact: Tamara Kohler 07866 842525)
- Sunday - Kensington: Meet 2pm at The Sun In Splendour, 7 Portobello Road, W11 3DA (Contact: Tim Verboven 07732 116224)
