Hello, Friends —
This week, Congress reconvened to vote on legislation, including H.R. 5129 – Community Services Block Grant Modernizations Act; H.R. 903 – Rights for the TSA Workforce Act; House Resolution 915 – Unionizing House Staff; and H.R. 7691 – Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act.
While I voted against the above spending reauthorization and pro-union bills, the biggest takeaway from this week’s legislation is one thing: $40 billion. That’s how much the House of Representatives allocated this week to further entangle the United States in another foreign war. This includes $6 billion to the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, $4 billion in Foreign Military Financing, and $15 billion in humanitarian aid and economic assistance, of which $7.5 billion transferred to the Government of Ukraine. Of course, this was approved prior to any Congressional Authorization for Use of Military Force, which is explicitly enumerated to Congress in Article I of the U.S. Constitution.

FIREBRAND – LIVE FROM DC
Episode 42: Ultra MAGA – On Wednesday, I responded to Joe Biden's comments about Republicans' "Ultra MAGA" agenda, delved into a trove of newly declassified information about Saudi Arabia's involvement in the 9/11 terror attacks, admonished the uni-party in Congress for spending our nation's money on another forever undeclared war in Ukraine, and more!
Episode 41: Pro-Life, Pro-Living – In this episode of Firebrand, I react to the Supreme Court’s intention to overturn Roe v. Wade and interviews a local Northwest Florida farmer to discuss how the rising price of fertilizer, due to Joe Biden’s failures, will negatively impact every American.

On Wednesday, I questioned Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Michael Gilday, in an effort to get answers for local Northwest Florida heroes regarding the 2019 terrorist attack on Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola – an attack perpetrated by a Saudi military exchange student.
A group of survivors and family members seeking justice filed suit against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, the Saudi government filed a motion to dismiss the case, denying any responsibility for the attack. The U.S. Navy is in possession of critical documents that will aid the survivors and family members find the justice they seek. Admiral Gilday offered his full cooperation to provide those critical documents.
Additionally, I sent a letter with Rep. Neal Dunn (FL-02) to President Biden, requesting him to order the lowering of the flag to half-staff nationwide on December 6, 2022, as a National Day of Remembrance to honor the victims, survivors, and surviving family members of the terrorist attack on NAS Pensacola.

HONORING THE DOOLITTLE RAIDERS IN THE CONGRESSIONAL RECORD
On Tuesday, I made sure to commemorate the Doolittle Raiders for their heroic act during World War II, by commemorating them permanently in the Congressional Record. This includes the following: “The mission of the Doolittle Raiders was to strike back at the Japanese military after their attack on Pearl Harbor. Lt. Colonel James Doolittle began training the Doolittle Raiders at Eglin Air Force Base just weeks before their historic raid. Before leaving Eglin, the Doolittle Raiders would become some of the greatest and most capable fighting pilots of all time.” We should never forget the Doolittle Raiders, for their sacrifice and dedication is true to our core values as Americans.
