We’d love to tell you the names of all the insurrectionists and their enablers on the ballot in our target states this fall. But there are so many that we can’t fit them all in an email.

So here’s a brief snapshot:

Arizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers continues to deny the results of the 2020 election, tweeting just last week: “We love President Trump and President Trump won in 2020 #Decertify.”
Trump-endorsed Michigan state House candidate Angela Rigas described being at the Capitol on Jan. 6th as a “highlight of my life.”
New Mexico state House candidate John Block described his experience at the Capitol as “jovial.”
Michigan state Rep. Matt Maddock and his wife promoted voter fraud conspiracy theories to the Jan. 6th insurrection.

Insurrectionists and their enablers cannot win this November. They’ve shown a blatant disregard for our democracy, our electoral processes, and our American values – it’s up to us to stop them.

There are more than 100 candidates across our target states that have peddled Trump’s Big Lie, promoted the Jan. 6th riot, or even appeared in person on the day his mob attacked the Capitol.

State legislators have the ability to influence every facet of our lives – including our elections. They pass bills that affect how, when, and where we vote, as well as how and when those votes are counted. It’s critical that our state legislators believe in the legitimacy of our elections and fight back against those who attempt to deny their results.
