The Austrian Economics Research Conference is the international, interdisciplinary meeting of the Austrian School, bringing together leading scholars doing research in this vibrant and influential intellectual tradition. The conference is hosted by the Mises Institute at its campus in Auburn, Alabama, and is directed by Joseph Salerno, Academic Vice President of the Mises Institute.

In 2020 we celebrate the centennial of the publication of arguably the most important article in twentieth-century economic thought, Ludwig von Mises's "Die Wirtschaftrechnung im sozialistischen Gemeinwesen" ("Economic Calculation in the Socialist Commonwealth"). If you wish to present a paper or organize a session focused on the themes explored in Mises's article, please submit your proposal to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) by January 24, 2020.
