Georgia Judge denies bid to
remove Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia
ballot
A Georgia judge ruled against an effort to disqualify Marjorie
Taylor Greene from running for re-election despite her participation
in the events of January 6th.
While this news is disappointing, we always knew that removing her
from office was going to require more than just a judge’s legal
ruling. It’s going to take a grassroots movement of Georgia voters
demanding change.
Here’s the good news: Marcus Flowers, a Democrat
and Army Veteran, is running against her this year. And on November
8th, he will make her a one-term Congresswoman and send her into
political retirement.
But
this isn’t going to happen without your help. So with just days until
Georgia voters select their nominee, we have to ask: Can you
contribute $20 or more to help Marcus unseat Marjorie Taylor
Greene?
Marjorie Taylor Greene celebrated this week by posting a screenshot
of the judge’s ruling with the caption: ACQUITTED.
It’s a sad commentary on our political system that not being
convicted of insurrection is reason for celebration, but here we
are.
Marcus
Flowers is a patriot -- so let’s send him to replace Marjorie Taylor
Green in Congress.
Thank you,
