At Claremont, we understand that the practical and “on-the-ground” politics of campaigns and daily policy must be informed by high-minded attention to the principles of American political justice, properly understood. We must continue to fight progressivism—and, increasingly, identity politics and its enforcement arm, political correctness—on the 'high ground' at the level of ideas if we are to have any chance of lasting political success.
