They’re at it again, John… 

 

The radical left is fuming that they may not get their way and so, they’re
threatening to pack the Supreme Court... AGAIN.  

 

I think I already know your answer to this question, but I have to ask –
Should Congress be allowed to pack the Supreme Court?

Here’s what I’m concerned about… 

 

After some activist law clerk at the Court leaked a draft of the Dobbs
decision, the far-leftists in Congress have been on rampage to pack the Supreme
Court with four more liberal justices…  

 

Now, the Center for American Liberty doesn’t get involved in legislative
battles on the Hill or partisan political feuds.  

 

We’re solely committed to protecting the First Amendment freedoms of EVERY
American from tyranny – no matter which side it comes from.  

 

And that’s why we can’t sit on the sidelines of this fight.  

 

If the radical left successfully packs the U.S. Supreme Court, your rights
will be in extreme jeopardy. 

 

Because there will be nothing standing in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ way
from completely stripping you and your family of your civil liberties.  

 

I don’t need to remind you of some of the outrageous things the leftists in
California, New York, and Washington D.C. have tried to get away with over the
past few years.  

 

They locked down your houses of worship, shut down your business, and
criminalized your peaceful public gatherings… 

 

They kept your children locked out of school, forced them to wear masks, and
then tried to shove radical Marxist ideologies like CRT and transgender theory
down their throats… 

 

The good news is that, thanks to your help, the Center for American Liberty
has been the national leader standing up to the leftists responsible for the
most egregious assaults on liberty.  

 

And many of the victories you’ve helped us secure came at the Supreme Court.  

 

We wouldn’t have won Tandon v. Newsom or Gish v. Newsom – two of our landmark
religious liberty lawsuits against Gov. Gavin Newsom’s unconstitutional and
hypocritical ban on private gatherings for worship – had it not been for the
justice we found at the Supreme Court after being ruled against numerous times
at the District and Circuit Court level.  

 

But John, if the liberals in Congress pack the Supreme Court, those will be
among the last lawsuits our side wins.  

 

And the unprecedented assaults on the First Amendment we saw in 2020 will look
like a trial run compared to what they’ll do if they have complete control of
the Supreme Court.  

 

That’s why I’d like to know what you think...
