From the start, Kevin McCarthy has done everything in his power to thwart the work of the Jan 6th select committee. We expect McCarthy will refuse to cooperate. To those of us who know him, that's not much of a surprise. But if we let this go unchecked, McCarthy will continue to undermine the select committee and block any real investigation into Jan. 6th.

Maybe McCarthy knows more than he's letting on. Maybe he's too afraid that this subpoenaed means elaborating on his and Trump's role inciting mob violence that led to multiple deaths.
