Dear advocate,
We are excited to announce the launch of the Unity March, an historic Asian American-led, BIPOC multiracial, intersectional mobilization bringing together 25,000+ Asian Americans, immigrants, and allies to Washington, DC on Saturday, June 25, 2022 to unite our voices for change.
We are calling on organizations, community members, and allies to join us from around the country in this large-scale multicultural mobilization.

Recent attacks against Asian American women and elders, as well as the nationwide uprisings in the wake of the murder of George Floyd, have created public outcry for solutions for community safety, cross-racial solidarity, and a more inclusive democracy. The goal of the Unity March is to give Asian Americans and allies a national platform from which to collectivize our power and build solidarity with other communities in the face of pervasive violence and injustice against people of color – including LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and religious minorities – in the United States.
To join our mobilization we ask you to take one of the following actions:
- Pledge to attend the Unity March ([link removed]) to June 25th.
- Follow the Unity March on Twitter, Facebook, and/or Instagram
- Recruit and share this historic collective action with your friends, family, acquaintances, and colleagues.
- For more information about why we are marching and who we are partnering with, visit the Unity March website ([link removed]) .
In solidarity,
OCA National Center
