Republican Senators Roger Marshall and Jerry Moran have voted against passing the Women's Health Protection Act of 2022, which would have codified Roe v. Wade and protected the right to legal abortion for the entire nation.

 

After the leaked Supreme Court draft showed the far-right conservative majority intends to overturn Roe v. Wade, Democrats knew they had to act quickly to make it the law of the land. Senators Jerry Moran and Roger Marshall turned their backs on Kansans' and our freedoms.
