The outrage felt by millions of people across the country over the leaked Supreme Court decision that would overturn Roe v. Wade is brimming. As the Far Right continues their attacks on abortion care and reproductive freedom, people are preparing to take to the streets tomorrow to protest these efforts to ban abortion.

What’s becoming increasingly clear is that the fight to protect access to abortion care will take shape at the state level. If the Supreme Court does indeed overturn Roe v. Wade this June, it will be left to the states to determine whether they will allow abortions to continue, OR if they will further restrict privacy and reproductive freedom.
We must be unrelenting in our advocacy at all levels of government to tell elected officials that “we will not go back!”
This is a great opportunity to let elected officials in your area know that you are keeping track of whether they speak out and act in support of Roe, and to demand that they do something to protect access to abortion care.
And if they refuse to act, we must be prepared to hold them accountable when they’re up for re-election!
We know this fight won’t be won easily, but it is one that we MUST WIN.
