I’m going to say something controversial, but Democrats need to stop being so polite.
While we are deciding whether or not something someone tweeted about Mitt Romney is “uncalled for” , or “too harsh” , what are Republicans doing?
They’re playing to their base, riling them up, and using every dirty trick in the book to mobilize their people.
I mean, really, they’ve been carefully coordinating this full-on attack on reproductive rights for decades, and it freaking worked!
We gotta stop arguing amongst ourselves. This is what they want. We need to get to work. All this political jargon bullshit fighting will mean absolutely nothing if we don’t have any legs to stand on, and right now, we have one leg left.
So, I’m asking you directly, will you end the bullshit with me and get to work to defend our rights before it’s too late? [[link removed]]
