The Republican Party of Minnesota State Convention is officially underway. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the latest developments – and put simply – it’s never been more clear that virtually every GOP candidate up and down the ballot would be an absolute disaster for the State of Minnesota.

Every leading GOP candidate for Governor has pledged to ban abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest. The GOP field for Attorney General ranges from a candidate who, due to an ethics complaint, is unable to practice law without a supervisor to another who is currently working as legal counsel to unhinged pillow salesman Mike Lindell.

Every candidate running for Secretary of State is neck-deep in conspiracy theories about the 2020 election. And the candidate set to receive the MN GOP endorsement for State Auditor worked as a lawyer for the Trump campaign.

Our communications team is planning to launch a media blitz the moment the convention wraps to make sure Minnesotans know what’s at stake this November. But to move forward, we need to make sure our budget is stable. That’s why I’m reaching out directly to ask for your help.
