John,

The radical Left is redoubling its efforts to expand abortion and make Roe PERMANENT.

Biden, Pelosi, and Schumer just tried to use the leaked draft Supreme Court opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade to pass an unconstitutional bill codifying Roe.

We DEFEATED this effort, delivering a critical legal memo to every Senator detailing how ANY bill to codify Roe would be unconstitutional. Sen. Schumer has already PROMISED more votes. We're fighting back.

But we're not waiting for the radical Left's next move. We just filed a crucial amicus brief at the Supreme Court of Michigan to stop Governor Whitmer's attempt to make Roe permanent by lawsuit. And JUST HOURS AGO, we filed a critical brief at the U.S. Supreme Court to defund Planned Parenthood.

The battle is NOW to protect the integrity of the Supreme Court and this opinion that overturns Roe to defend the lives of countless unborn babies.

We're actively fighting in 28 states, in Congress, and at the U.S. Supreme Court to stop these unconstitutional bills and lawsuits to make Roe permanent. But we need you.
