Judicial Watch just announced a major victory for cleaner elections!
We settled our federal lawsuit against North Carolina after the state
removed over 430,000 ineligible names from its voter rolls!

[Judicial Watch]

Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Judicial Watch continues to exert a powerful impact against public
corruption and unlawful government secrecy.

NOT A WEEK GOES BY WHEN OUR INVESTIGATORS AND ATTORNEYS AREN’T
UNEARTHING DOCUMENTS CORRUPT POLITICIANS DON’T WANT US…OR THE
AMERICAN PEOPLE…TO SEE.

AND HARDLY A DAY GOES BY WHEN WE ARE NOT IN COURT LEADING THE
ALL-IMPORTANT BATTLES TO PROTECT THE RULE OF LAW!

But our caseload is at an all-time high, and we urgently need you to
join with us

so
that we can stay on track with all our work!

You may know from seeing me and my colleagues on television and radio
and from getting my emails that right now Judicial Watch is breaking
important ground on critical fronts:

* Our lawsuits compelling states to follow federal law requiring
they clean their voter rolls (and help prevent voter fraud) are
notching important victories for clean elections. We now have active
lawsuits in COLORADO, ILLINOIS and ..and more are coming.

* Our BIDEN ACCOUNTABILITY PROJECT team continues to uncover
incriminating information through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
lawsuits against U.S. government agencies for records related to
serious allegations and evidence of HUNTER/JOE BIDEN corruption and
influence-peddling in Ukraine, China and elsewhere. Our most recent
lawsuit against the U.S. State Department about HUNTER BIDEN seeks to
reveal more secrets about Biden family corruption.

* Our lawsuits are exposing the spread of CRITICAL RACE THEORY (CRT)
in our public schools and other public institutions...even at the U.S.
Military Academy at West Point!

* And a September trial date has been set for the first of our civil
rights lawsuits fighting for the First Amendment rights of teachers
fired from their jobs just because they dared to criticize CRT and
other extremist programs in their school systems.

We haven’t yet written the final chapters on our litigation on these
and other important matters, and we have a long road ahead of us…and
none of these or other victories on behalf of the rule of law would be
possible without the support we receive from our loyal members across
the country. Not one.

And that’s why I ask you to join with us and make a special gift to
Judicial Watch today.

Because as it stands right now...I feel we cannot do enough. You see,
fighting isn’t our endgame...winning is what we do best.

Your gift will help us win and stay on track

with all of our
investigations and lawsuits. And it will allow us to take on new
challenges to the rule of law when they arise.

That’s why your commitment now is so _important_ – and will be –
_deeply_ appreciated! Because you can take pride in knowing that your
Judicial Watch has never fought harder for conservatives...and for the
rule of law.

Please stand proudly with us today!

Sincerely,

Tom Fitton

President
