Several years ago, there was a detailed article about how the Kremlin was using disinformation and other tactics to target service members and veterans online.
Today, people like Tucker Carlson carry the load for Russia.
So much so that Russian state television airs clips of the Fox News host regularly.
Here is the truth:
We have seen the effects of these disinformation campaigns — whether they are led by Russia or people like Tucker Carlson.
At times, it’s very visible — like during the insurrection at the Capitol.
At times, you don’t see it — it’s veterans alienated from their families because they are so disconnected from reality because of QAnon-like propaganda.
VoteVets is prioritizing reaching those veterans and bringing them back. We are showing them there is another way.
We do it on social media, and we do it through a veteran-to-veteran program where we reach out directly.
But we cannot do it alone. So please:
Make a contribution to VoteVets today — $3 or whatever you can afford. Please do it before our May mid-month fundraising deadline comes to a close in just a few days.
