Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Every single one of us gets sick or injured, and nobody should ever go bankrupt or forego care because they can’t afford it. We have the solution, it’s called Medicare for All.
Senator Bernie Sanders reintroduced his Medicare for All bill in the Senate today. The time to pass it is now.
Not only is this legislation good for the health of every American. It’s good for the economy. At a time when prices are going through the roof, Medicare for All will save working families AND small businesses thousands of dollars a year.
Access to health care should never be determined by employment, wealth, or status. We can’t afford to delay this any longer.
