John,

On Tuesday, we told you about Bob Lewis, ([link removed]) the candidate who, at the CO Republican District Assembly, nearly unseated our opponent, sitting US Congressman Ken Buck (R-CO). While little is known about Lewis, we know that he is backed by the right-wing militia group FEC United - the same group that called for the hanging of Colorado Governor Jared Polis.

Lewis is the devil we don’t know, and the fact that he could win his primary and potentially even win a seat in the US House of Representatives (not on our watch) is a deeply troubling possibility. Today, however, we want to tell you about the devil we know - Ken Buck.

At first glance, Buck appears to be a traditional conservative and far less extreme than his primary opponent. Look a little closer and the picture changes quite a bit.

Congressman Ken Buck’s fashion statement after the Kenosha vigilante shooting
Before the bodies had even been buried from the 2020 Kenosha shooting, Congressman Buck, appeared at a Guns & Barbeque fundraiser for then Congressional candidate Lauren Boebert wearing his Kill ‘Em All, Let God Sort ‘Em Out! T-Shirt as a sign of solidarity with the extremist faction that now owns the Republican Party.

The normalization of deadly violence and flat-out racism has become all too commonplace within the Republican party. Buck is fully on board: ready to “Kill ‘em all and let God sort ‘em out.”

God will surely sort out those who promote hatred, and who condone racial and political violence - with their words or their actions. In the meantime, let’s make sure anyone who spreads the message of prejudice and violence doesn’t represent us in Congress. ([link removed])

When politicians suggest that lynchings and murders are morally valid actions, it’s on us to ensure they are kicked out of office in disgrace, we hope you’ll join our movement to bring real leadership back to his district.

Team McCorkle
Ike McCorkle is the combat wounded Marine Force Recon Vet and Democratic nominee in Colorado's 4th Congressional District, running against the racist, corrupt, misogynistic Ken Buck.
