The effort to undermine bodily autonomy is very much linked with the coordinated efforts to weaken voting rights. The majority of Americans, regardless of political party, support Roe and the right to abortion. Yet anti-democracy politicians want to silence Americans so that they can put their extremist laws in place, including banning abortion and sanctioning government-forced pregnancy.

Freedom relies on a healthy democracy, and a healthy democracy is one where every eligible voter has access to the polls. I am proud of my record supporting a woman's right to choose.
