He and his buds are committing to spend billions more to fix the feminist deficit, this even though the world's poor need the basics like clean water, and safe sanitation. Even Pope Francis calls such efforts "sexual colonialism." One thing is clear about Bill and his ex-wife Melinda, they think there are too many black folks in the world. Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. reports.
