Last night, the Senate voted on legislation that would codify Roe v. Wade into federal law to protect abortion rights.

Every single Republican (and one conservative Democrat) voted against it.

These Senators have effectively voted to criminalize abortion. They sent a signal to red states like Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Texas that their laws stripping reproductive rights are just fine.

If the Republicans think we're going to let them get away with this, they have another thing coming. We're going to stop them, and it starts by crushing their chances of taking the House.

My opponent Kevin McCarthy has made it clear that if the GOP seizes the House, they WILL put up a bill criminalizing abortion in all 50 states. I’m running to give him the toughest reelection fight of his career. To do that, we need to raise $8,909 before midnight TONIGHT.
