Friend, you need to know what Mitch just said about this team.

Talking to the Associated Press, Mitch McConnell dismissed the small-dollar fundraising success we’ve had, saying that the hundreds of thousands of Amy’s grassroots donors “don’t know who she is, but they know who I am.” He went on to say, “I’m her finance chairman.”

So, actually, I’m Amy’s finance director, and what Mitch McConnell just said should offend every single person reading this email. To imply that you don’t know who Amy is, but are supporting her anyway, is an insult aimed directly at you.

Mitch McConnell thinks the only reason you’d support Amy’s campaign is that you’re gullible enough to give to whoever runs against him.

The thing is, we’ve known who Mitch McConnell is for decades. And it’s no accident that it’s right now that he finds himself in the fight of his political life.

There’s only one way we can make Mitch understand that this isn’t some fluke or fad. Chip in right now to make it clear: We know exactly who Amy McGrath is. She’s the lifelong public servant who’s going to be Kentucky's next senator:
