That’s the opening line of a recent story from Vox about the upcoming midterm elections. Our Senate majority may be in serious trouble if we continue on our current course. 

It’s times like these when we need every Democrat here in Virginia and across the country to unite to keep the Senate blue — because we know what will happen if we lose.

That Vox story isn’t all doom and gloom. They acknowledge what we already know to be true. Democrats can keep the Senate if we can stay competitive in every battleground state.
