The Supreme Court is reported to be on the verge of overturning Roe v. Wade. And yesterday, the Senate failed to codify the right to choose into federal law.

Democratic Governors really are the last line of defense in the fight to protect abortion rights. In Nevada, we’re proud that the right to choose is already protected, even if Roe is overturned. And as long as Steve Sisolak is Governor, we know we’ll have a pro-choice champion leading the way.

But if one of our extreme Republican opponents wins, there’s no telling what they’ll do to impede access to abortion. And with our race rated a TOSSUP, we can’t leave anything to chance.
