Defending Alaska
<[link removed]>


Alaska is under attack by radical bureaucrats that have never stepped foot in
our state and do not understand our way of life. Hell – many of us have more
fishing violations than they have had hunting licenses.

 

It’s no secret that the Biden administration has set its sights on Alaska and
put our way of life directly in their crosshairs. Whether it’s shutting down
our resource production, locking up our land, or making it hard for us to start
and keep our businesses up and running – the feds are coming for us.

 

I will not let them shut down Alaska. I fought for our country with everything
I had after enlisting in the Army following the heinous 9/11 attacks. When I
got home from Iraq wounded, I pulled myself up by my bootstraps and continued
fighting for our way of life. I fought D.C. bureaucrats while working in
Congressman Young's office,  and I continued that fight in the State Senate.

 

During this fight I had the honor of being Alaska Professional Hunters
Association Legislator of the Year

andAK SCI’s Legislator of the Year 
<[link removed]>
as well. That is because when the feds were trying to shut down AK, I stood my
ground. When Covid-19 stopped non-profits like SCI from holding in-person
events, I worked for a solution through online charitable gaming to ensure they
could reach their fundraising needs. 

 

The future is uncertain: high inflation, rising energy costs and, what's more,
this radical administration seems hell bent on doubling down on their failed
policies.But, Alaskans are determined and strong.

This is not a time to be passive, this is not a time to be weak. This is a
time for somebody with a proven track record who knows how to fight for you.
