John —

In Congress, Dwight promised to rebuild the middle class — the backbone of America — so that this time, everyone comes along. And he's been delivering on that promise and building a stronger Philadelphia, block by block. Here are just a few of the historic investments Dwight has secured for our region:

• Secured the largest child tax credit increase in history — supporting 76,000 households in PA-03.

• Delivered more than $58 million in emergency rental assistance to the City of Philadelphia to help almost 23,000 Philadelphia households cover the rent and avoid eviction. Secured nearly 900 emergency housing vouchers.

• Brought home financial relief for Philly's small businesses through the Paycheck Protection Program, the Restaurant Revitalization Fund, and the Targeted Economic Injury Disaster Loan.

• Passed the largest investment in American infrastructure in a generation. It includes $1 billion for Dwight's Reconnecting Communities Pilot Program to remove, reconstruct, and retrofit existing highways that segregate communities of color — including Chinatown, Nicetown, and the Delaware River Waterfront in Philly.

• Secured nearly $2.3 billion for public transit improvements for the Delaware Valley, and SEPTA is receiving an extra $120 million in funding per year over the next half-decade.

• Brought home an estimated $11.3 billion in federal highway funding for Pennsylvania, and an estimated $1.6 billion to replace and repair our state's bridges.

• Helped invest nearly $1.4 billion in Pennsylvania to improve the state's water infrastructure and ensure safe drinking water for all.

• Returned nearly $6.3 million back into our community with eight community projects, including $1 million for the Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium, $1 million for improving healthy food access through the Share Food Program, $1 million for the Mann Center for Performing Art, and more!

And John: Dwight isn't done fighting for us! He introduced his Housing Is Essential Plan to Congress, which will bring more than $63 billion in new federal affordable housing funding. He's introduced his seven-part plan to end the gun violence crisis in Philly and America. And he is doing everything in his power to stop these outrageous attacks on reproductive freedom and voting rights.

Will you rush support to our campaign to help us share Dwight's policy victories with voters before next week's primary? As the only African American in the Pennsylvania Delegation representing a minority-majority district, it's crucial we keep Dwight fighting for us in Congress. Chip in $25, $10, or whatever you can now to support our campaign.
