John,

On September 24, Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that the House of Representatives will begin an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. The announcement followed the explosive evidence that the president sought foreign assistance from the Ukraine government to help his re-election campaign and that he engaged in bribery and extortion to try to get that illegal assistance. We have only heard more sordid details since.

The inquiry represents only a first step toward impeachment — and now the House has voted to formalize the impeachment inquiry. As lawmakers move forward, we must make sure they fully hold President Trump accountable.

Sign if you agree: it’s time for Trump to be held accountable for his repeated abuses of power and the public trust.

Donald Trump has put vulnerable communities in harm’s way time after time, breached his oath of office, received illegal assistance from the Russian government to rig the 2016 election, and now has attempted to extort the Ukranian government for personal political gain. Trump-friendly witnesses, meanwhile, have ignored Congressional subpoenas. We say no more.

Add your name: Tell your lawmaker to vote to impeach Donald Trump.
