Here's what went down yesterday. Sen. Schumer's attempt to expand abortion and make Roe permanent lost (it's actually the 2nd time this bill failed). But now several Senators who voted against this bill – including Sen. Manchin – have said they support a different bill that would still make Roe PERMANENT. It's also unconstitutional.
We were prepared for this exact scenario. It's what we warned you would happen. We told you they would use every trick in the book to codify Roe.
The radical Left will STILL use this stolen, leaked draft Supreme Court opinion that would overturn Roe to do anything it takes to force this codification of Roe through the Senate – including nuking the filibuster and a new vote. They will increase their disgusting intimidation tactics on Supreme Court Justices.
The battle is NOW to protect the integrity of the Supreme Court and this opinion that overturns Roe to defend the lives of countless unborn babies.
