John -- I’m reaching out to ask you to split a $10 contribution between my campaign for U.S. Senate and Amy Klobuchar before our primary election on May 17th.

CNN has consistently ranked North Carolina one of the most competitive seats this cycle, and your contribution could make the difference.

I know it may not seem like $10 is enough for us to compete with the millions of dollars Republicans plan to spend flooding North Carolina with attack ads.

But what you may not know is that the majority of donations to our campaign come in response to messages just like this one -- from people just like you pitching in small amounts of money.

So yes, when everyone is chipping in, even $10 has the power to make a difference in this election. But to pull this off, we need everyone to play a role in this fight -- including you.

Please split a $10 contribution today between my campaign for North Carolina’s open Senate seat and Amy Klobuchar. Republicans are flooding North Carolina with millions in dark money to influence this election, so we need lots of $10 donations right now from folks just like you to fight back.

Our primary election is just days away. So your support has never mattered more.

This is our last chance to prove our grassroots strength before we find out which Republican we’ll face in the general election.
