New inflation numbers came out this morning, and sadly, inflation in April remained at nearly a 40-year high under President Biden's administration.
In states like Montana, inflation is at a jaw-dropping 9.8%, making it very tough for Montana families to make ends meet.
A trip to the grocery store is costing hardworking Montana families an arm and a leg with milk costing almost 15% more than last year and the cost eggs of is over 22% higher.
A trip to the gas station is no better -- filling up your pickup will cost you 44% more than last year too.
Sadly, President Biden's administration is still ignoring these outrageous prices and continues to propose wasteful spending that will only make matters worse.
President Biden's administration and my colleagues across the aisle must stop spending money we don’t have and stop pushing reckless policies.
