Moments ago, the Senate failed to pass a bill that would codify Roe v. Wade. Marco Rubio was among the Republicans who voted against protecting the right to choose.

If the Supreme Court draft opinion to overturn Roe becomes the law of the land before the Senate codifies abortion rights, MILLIONS of women across the country will suffer for it. I don't know about you, friend, but I am TIRED of Marco Rubio telling women what to do.

But if we’ve learned anything from our razor-thin majority in the Senate, it’s this: We can't enact real change until we have more than 50 Democrats in the Senate.
