Like many of you, I’m infuriated. John, Today the Women’s Health Protection Act once again failed the Senate. Like many of you, I’m infuriated; as the Supreme Court sits on the verge of striking down Roe, the anti-choice Republican minority has once again used the filibuster — a tool of segregation — to deny essential healthcare to millions of Americans. But we can’t afford to give up now. I know that abortion bans disproportionately impact communities who already face barriers to receiving health care and are a tool to maintain systemic inequities. That’s why I introduced the Women’s Health Protection Act to guarantee the right to abortion care in all 50 states — and now, that work is more important than ever. And I will continue to fight until it’s achieved. But I can’t do it alone. I’m running for re-election to ensure I can continue this fight in Congress, and I’m proud to champion pro-choice candidates who are ready to do the same. If you’re with me, will you chip in now? CHIP IN Faced with anti-choice Republican state legislatures and a Republican-controlled Supreme Court determined to overturn Roe v Wade, it is more important than ever that we take bold action to protect abortion access. That’s what I’m fighting for, and what I’ll continue to do with your help. Are you with me? In solidarity, Judy DONATE Judy Chu | AMB Consulting, 1531 Purdue Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025 Unsubscribe
