Friend – we’re disappointed that the Senate was unable to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would codify Roe v. Wade, protecting the right to abortion for years to come. Far-right Republicans have plotted, lied, and cheated to endanger reproductive health care – and we need everyone’s support to fight back.

Regardless of what happened in Congress today – this fight is far from over. The fight for abortion rights is taking place all over the country, in states just like yours.

Our Democratic AGs are on the frontlines of protecting abortion access. Dem AGs like Wisconsin AG Josh Kaul and Massachusetts AG Maura Healey are promising to protect abortion access in their states. They’re not letting Washington’s dysfunction slow them down.
