John, we’ve been checking the forecast and want to keep you in the loop.
This Saturday, we’re expecting thousands of people to show up for our march in Washington D.C. — we’re also expecting a bit of rain. Rain or shine, we will be marching. Our rights are on the line.
To support our attendees and volunteers, we want to be able to provide as many rain ponchos and umbrellas as we can. Will you chip in $15 to our Rainy Day Fund, and help us close the gap on our $10,000 rain gear budget?
The situation is dire, John. The fall of Roe v. Wade will open the door for more and more of our civil rights to be targeted, from birth control access to LGBTQIA+ protections. We must gather together and let the nation witness an act of solidarity like they’ve never seen. Even in the rain, we must march.
We need this to be our largest mobilization yet, but we want to make sure everyone can stay dry and safe. Will you please chip in what you can to our Rainy Day Fund so we can provide as many rain ponchos and umbrellas as possible?
We won’t let our rights and the rights of future generations be determined by one rainy day.
The stakes are too high.

P.S. If you're planning on attending a march, we encourage you to also check your local forecast and be prepared for whatever the weather has in store.
