Today, FPC is pleased to announce the next phase of our 2022 litigation strategy and what it means for your 2A rights.

As you know, in 2021, FPC Law filed dozens of major cases and briefs across the country in support of 2A freedom.

Since then, our attorneys have been hard at work preparing an absolutely MASSIVE followup legal blitz.

And this afternoon, we are announcing that we have as many as TWELVE new pro-2A cases planned... many of which we intend to file before the end of June.

Due to strategic concerns, we can't tell you today exactly what states these lawsuits will be filed in. (We don't want to tip our hand to the enemy.)

But we can tell you that this litigation push involves major cases challenging "assault weapon" bans, magazine restrictions, carry, and self-manufacturing.

Several of these planned lawsuits are in major, heavily-populated states that you've been asking us to sue in. You can probably guess what several of these states are.

However, our ability to file these critical cases depends heavily on receiving more support from our Grassroots Army.
