I am humbled by your unanimous support, and I enthusiastically accept your nomination. The people of eastern Connecticut expect and deserve a congressman that works just as hard as they do, and I’m proud of my record of doing just that.

John, the past few weeks have shown just how much is at stake in November. MAGA Republicans have made it clear that if they gain control of the House, they could push through an abortion ban that would affect millions of women across the country. And if given the chance, they could roll back decades of voting rights, environmental protections, and healthcare accessibility – and some have even said they could come after marriage equality next.

I’ve always put eastern Connecticut first, and I’ll put that record up against the opposition any day. I promise to never stop fighting for what matters most.
