We have 27 days until election day and early voting starts in 7 days, on May 18th.  Journalist Andy Kopsa called this Polk County Attorney race "the most consequential race you have never heard of," in June of last year:
 

This race presents a once in a generation chance to bring meaningful change to the justice system in the most populated county in Iowa, Polk County.

We can continue the policies of the last 30 years, which have resulted in a justice system with horrific racial and income disparities, or we can make a change to forward-thinking, evidence-based policies that work to address racial and income disparities while creating healthy communities –  and reform our justice system.

I need your help. If you’re able, please donate what you can so we can continue to have literature for door-knocking and pay our amazing campaign workers.

We also need you to knock doors in your neighborhood. We will give you a list of Democratic doors in your area to knock. We just need your help to reach them before June 7th!
