Have you significant experience of working with early years and/or primary aged children with autism and are looking for a new challenge? Do you have high expectations and are you committed to improving outcomes for early years children and children in primary school? The Mental Health Support Team is a new team created following a successful bid by the Child and Adolescant Mental Health Service (CAMHS) to NHS England. The team aim is toensure that everyone is able to access the right help, in the right setting, when they need it. A pro-active and innovative Business Support Officer is required to support a team of education mental health practitioners who work directly with schools and young people with mild to moderate mental health issues. The day to day duties will include processing new referrals for support in a confidential and timely way, setting up efficient and effective business processes to support practitoners with their day to day activities, the management of personal and sensitive information and providing excellent customer services when dealing with enquiries from other colleagues, CAMHS partners agencies such as schools and health and the general public. The Business Support officer will be based mainly at Loxley House but may be required to work flexibly at other locations if required.
