We Can't Wait campaign
[link removed]

Our Champions have worked very hard to promote our 'We Can't Wait' campaign which pushes to stop people with a learning disability
being on social care or NHS waiting lists.

Oxfordshire County Council's Adult Social Care team
have made the campaign part of their plan for social care in Oxfordshire.
This means the council will dedicate their efforts to helping prevent people waiting too long for life-changing appointments.

Stingray nightclub
fundraiser for Ukraine
MLMC members have been worried and upset by
what is happening in Ukraine.

Our Trustees agreed that MLMC needed to do something to help.
At our April 2022 Stingray nightclub, we held a fundraiser.

With your help we raised £342!
This money has gone to Inclusion Europe ([link removed]) who will ensure that the
money goes to people with learning disabilities, their carers
and families effected by the war in Ukraine.

Stingray nightclub is held on the first Tuesday of every month.

If you would like more information about our nightclub,
please contact Yazz at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])
