My colleagues across the aisle are trying once again to pass their radical abortion bill, the “Abortion on Demand Until Birth Act.”
This barbaric bill would mandate every single state to be a late-term abortion state like California or New York, where unborn children can be brutally aborted up until the very moment of birth.
This bill would codify an extreme abortion regime in all 50 states that is aligned with inhumane policies in nations such as China and North Korea.
In a nutshell, this radical bill would make the United States of America one of the most dangerous places in the world to be an unborn child.
It’s chilling, and it’s unacceptable.
Today, I spoke on the floor of the United States Senate ahead of this critical vote.

I pray that my colleagues reject this horrific legislation and take a stand for the most vulnerable among us.
As the founder and chair of the Senate Pro-Life Caucus, I will continue my fight to be a voice for the voiceless and protect the lives of unborn babies and their mothers.
