We have some great news!
We're less than a month out from the statewide primaries in California and two of our endorsed candidates have also been endorsed by the LA Times!
The team at Spread The Vote + Project ID is working tirelessly to make sure that IDs get into the hands of each and every person who needs one and Project ID Action Fund is supporting the candidates that will help to make this happen!
Lindsey Horvath and Caroline Menjivar both know just how vital state-issued identification is. Without it, there's little to no access to healthcare, food pantries and the social safety-net services that can literally be life-saving to someone who has been struggling without one.
You can read more about Caroline Menjivar for State Senate and for Lindsey Horvath for LA County Supervisor in the LA Times. They both recognize that experience and a background in public service are key to successful leadership.
The elections are close and we need your support to ensure that candidates that will fight for legislation that makes it easier for people to get IDs in California and across the country get into office.
We need your help! Every gift makes an impact!
Thank you,
Kat, Marissa, and Jen
