For years, Republican Senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski have
claimed to be for abortion rights. They have won reelection on the
strength of pro-choice voters who trusted them to defend abortion rights.
But when it really mattered, Senators Collins and Murkowski voted to
confirm the justices who are now about to end Roe v. Wade.

Now they say they were "misled." Gimme a break.(1)

Tomorrow, Senators Collins and Murkowski will have one last chance to
repair the damage they've done by voting for legislation that would
preserve the protections of Roe v. Wade.

That's why we're urging you to sign this petition to Sens. Collins and
Murkowski: "Republican justices overturning Roe will be your legacy if you
don't correct your past mistakes now. We call on you to join with
Democratic senators to eliminate the filibuster, enshrine Roe into law,
and reform the Supreme Court. "

Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski both voted for Samuel Alito, the
right-wing extremist who authored the leaked opinion saying that Roe v.
Wade was "egregiously wrong from the start."(2)

They voted to change the Senate rules to ram through Donald Trump's
far-right nominees. Susan Collins was the deciding vote to install Brett
Kavanaugh on the Court, and Lisa Murkowski voted to replace RBG with Amy
Coney Barrett just days before the 2020 presidential election.(3)
