Michele Bachmann and Mike Lindell were on Steve Bannon’s national podcast recently attempting to rewrite history of the 2016 and 2020 elections.

Bachmann said that Donald Trump actually won Minnesota in 2016 and 2020, but was deprived of an official victory because of the “conned and stolen elections in Minnesota.”

This is 100% false. Minnesota’s elections both years were fair, honest, and accurate. Donald Trump lost both times. Her attempt to rewrite history undermines our democracy.

Disinformation activists are getting louder and louder the closer we get to the election. We can’t let the truth be silenced, which is why I need your help.

My campaign is doing everything we can to amplify the truth. We need another $7.5k this week to do that. Will you please consider chipping in now?

My goal as Secretary of State is always to be fair, impartial, and non-partisan. In fact, and this is something disinformation activists conveniently like to forget, my office won a lawsuit to ensure that Donald Trump appeared on the ballot in 2016.
