Voters have three ways to vote in Berks County:
Voting by mail (application must be received by TOMORROW, at 5 p.m.)
Voting early in-person (Ends TOMORROW, at 5 p.m.)
Voting at the polls (on May 17th, from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.)
Voting by mail
Voters choosing to vote by mail in Berks County may complete an official mail-in ballot or absentee ballot request online, or apply in person at the Berks County Election Office. Using the return envelope supplied, send your ballot to the Berks County Election Office located at 633 Court St., 1st Floor, Reading, PA 19601. Ballots can also be returned in person to the election office.
Voters can also return ballots at secure drop box locations. The two drop boxes in Berks County are located at Services Center, 633 Court St., 1st Floor, Reading, PA 19601 or Agricultural Center at 1238 County Welfare Rd., Leesport, PA 19533.
Remember, absentee and mail-in ballots must be requested by 5 p.m. on May 10th, and all ballots must be received by the county election board by 8 p.m. on May 17th.
Voting early in-person
Prefer to vote early in-person? Go to the Berks County Election Office located at 633 Court St., 1st Floor, Reading, PA 19601 and apply for a mail ballot in person. Wait for your application to be processed and, if eligible, receive your ballot right away. Vote and return your ballot on the spot!
The deadline to vote early in-person is tomorrow, Tuesday May 10th at 5 p.m.
Voting at the polls
Finally, Berks County voters have the option to vote in person on Election Day at their polling location. IMPORTANT: Some polling locations in Berks County have changed in recent elections.
