I’m still reeling — as I know so many of you are — from the release last week of a draft Supreme Court ruling that would overturn Roe v. Wade.

Among other things, the draft Supreme Court position runs contrary to the wishes of the American people, who overwhelmingly support maintaining the right to choose.

The Senate is expected to vote this Wednesday on legislation to preserve abortion access and reproductive freedom.

Senators will have to go on record about whether they agree with the strong majority of Americans who believe overturning Roe v. Wade is a danger to women and to individual rights more generally.

The bill is unlikely to overcome the progress-stifling filibuster and become law at this juncture.

So why have a vote?

For accountability. And to supercharge the movement to undo what it appears the Supreme Court is about to do.

Join us in sending a direct message to all 100 senators before they vote this Wednesday:

The upcoming Senate vote to codify abortion access into federal law is about a simple but momentous choice: Are you FOR or AGAINST the fundamental human rights of bodily autonomy and reproductive freedom?

Add your name now.

Thank you for taking action.

For progress,
